Rates include all bed linen, bathing and swimming towels, facilities and utilities.
A nonrefundable deposit of 25% of your full rental is required to secure your booking. The balance of the rental must be paid no later than six weeks prior to your arrival.
A refundable breakages deposit of €600 is payable on arrival, to be refunded on departure, subject to a satisfactory property inspection. Please note that the rental rates include all utilities.
Discounts will be offered on rentals of more than two weeks in Summer. Rentals are payable by bank transfer in Euros. Rates are listed for the whole house, regardless of the number of people. Check in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check out at 10am on the day of departure. We will try to accommodate you as long as it does not inconvenience other guests.
